Integration with WooCommerce

How to connect your store to Stream Sage to synchronize your store inventory and sell products directly during live events.

1. Update WooCommerce
2. Install CoCart
3. Install Stream Sage for WooCommerce
4. Store domain
5. Connect your store with the Stream Sage platform

To connect your WooCommerce store to Stream Sage Producer Console you need to make sure that you are using the most recent updated version of the necessary plugins:

1. Update WooCommerce

   1. Go to your WordPress admin panel.

   2. Click through Plugins in the side left menu, and search for: WooCommerce.

      

   3. Click Update now if the update is available.
      NOTE - this change has an influence on your entire WooCommerce store functionality, please read “Version details” before the update or consult your technical support if necessary.

2. Install CoCart

   1. Go to your WordPress admin panel.

   2. Click through Plugins in the side left menu, then Add New, and search for: CoCart - Headless ecommerce. Click Install Now.

      

   3. Go to your plugins and verify if there is any new update available.

3. Install Stream Sage for WooCommerce

   1. Go to Plugins, choose to Add new, and search for: Stream Sage for WooCommerce. Click Install Now.
      
   2. If by any chance the plugin requirement was not met you will receive a prompt with directions. Once you follow the directions plugin will work.
      

4. Store domain

   1. The last thing you'll need to configure the integration is your WooCommerce store domain.

   2. This is the "domain" part of your store's public URL, like this:
      

5. Connect your store with the Stream Sage platform

   1. Log into the Stream Sage console with your credentials.
   2. Go to the Integrations tab
      
   3. Press Connect button next to the WooCommerce section and paste your store domain.
      
   4. Press Connect and you‘re all set! If you would like to change the configuration of the store, press Manage below the WooCommerce section.
